Juliana Barrera joins iZen's fiction team
Juliana Barrera, former Director of Original Series for Netflix, joins Grupo iZen's management team to take charge of the executive production of certain fiction projects in the pipeline, as well as new developments. This addition joins the group's management team led by Jose Velasco and Sara Fernández-Velasco.Juliana has more than 20 years of experience in fiction, entertainment and team management. In recent years she has led several projects for channels and platforms in Latam.
From mid 2019 until joining Netflix, she was linked to The Mediapro Studio as Head of Content for Colombia and Mexico, leading projects for Amazon Prime Video, Nickelodeon and Disney+, and developing stories for Pantaya, Turner and Caracol Televisión. She also has extensive experience in entertainment, leading major productions such as "La Voz Colombia". Her experience will serve to enhance our projects and boost our international projection.
